We are currently in the middle of a multifaceted transition, including a transition from a linear to a circular economy. Building a circular economy would cut 45% of our global emissions*.
Achieving this transition requires unprecedented collaboration as no organisation can do it alone. Inwards and outwards collaboration is a key success factor.
As a former Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, I am equipped to embark internal and external stakeholders on the journey, creating value for all.
Trained in collective intelligence and facilitation, I work with leaders to nurture cooperation across their teams and stakeholders.

My background
Born in France and raised by a purpose-driven entrepreneur, I grew up around conscious leaders and thus I have always aimed to work with organisations that are using the power of business for good.
Initially, I started my career in a creative agency, in Paris, supporting corporate clients to communicate about their progress on social and environment matters. When I arrived in Australia, I transitioned towards Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility roles to support this journey from within.
After more than a decade in purpose-driven roles working for multinational companies, not-for-profit and BCorps certified businesses, I came to a couple of realisations:
- Effective collaboration is lacking to address our current social and environmental challenges. This is a matter of mindset and skills that we haven’t developped. Most of us, including leaders, have been wired for competition since an early age. We learnt to adopt a win-lose mindset, not a win-win one.
2. The circular economy requires a significant collaborative effort. Silos – common in organisational cultures will be the biggest roadblock to the transition towards a circular economy.
Thus, I founded RenaisSense, which is inspired by my corporate experience as well as my long-standing practice of improvisation. As the co-founder of the first French home theatre troupe in Melbourne, I practise true collaboration each time I am on stage with other performers, applying some key principles and developing some life skills along the way. I believe in the power of creativity and playfulness to help us solve problems and generate new ideas.
